Welcome to IFA Global Hub. By registering for our programs, events, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

IFA Global Hub provides corporate training, workshops, and conferences related to AI, digital transformation, and other customized topics upon request. These terms apply to all participants, clients, partners, and users of our services.

2. Registration & Payment

All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.
We accept payment via bank transfer and credit/debit card.
An invoice or official receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

3. Pricing & Fees

All prices are listed in MYR for Malaysian and SGD for International delegates, and are subject to change without notice.
Group discounts or early-bird rates (if applicable) are only valid within the stated period.
Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be clearly stated before checkout.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, refunds, and transfers.

5. Program Changes

IFA Global Hub reserves the right to:

Reschedule or cancel events due to low enrolment, speaker availability, or force majeure.
Replace speakers/trainers with qualified professionals where necessary.
Change venues or switch from in-person to virtual delivery (or vice versa) where required.

Participants will be informed as early as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered where applicable.

5. Program Changes

IFA Global Hub reserves the right to:

Reschedule or cancel events due to low enrolment, speaker availability, or force majeure.
Replace speakers/trainers with qualified professionals where necessary.
Change venues or switch from in-person to virtual delivery (or vice versa) where required.

Participants will be informed as early as possible.

6. Participant Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

Be respectful toward trainers, speakers, and fellow participants.
Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior during sessions (both virtual and in-person).
Comply with any rules or policies set by the event venue or virtual platform.

IFA Global Hub reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this policy, without refund.

7. Use of Materials

Course materials, slides, recordings, and content shared during events are the intellectual property of IFA Global Hub or our partners.
Participants may not copy, distribute, or republish materials without written permission.
Recordings (audio/video) of sessions by participants are strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed.

8. Limitation of Liability

IFA Global Hub is not responsible for:

Personal expenses or losses incurred due to event changes or cancellations.
Technical failures, disruptions, or delays in virtual programs.
Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or reliance on training content.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering, you agree that we may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
